I am a big fan of analog watches as i can somehow calculate time differences quicker with them... but I also wanted a stop watch and calendar on my wrist. This watch gives the best combination of both with a large easily readable digital display along with the 2 hands (which are illuminous.. glow in the dark). The resin strap is more comfortable in the summer and doent pinch the hair on my wrist. The analog time is a little hard to set so i rarely change it when travelling across timezones and instead switch cities using the built in list which adjusts the digital time. The large multi lcd display also makes it easier to use than the rest of the ana-digi's out there with the teeny weenie lcd near the bottom of the dial.

I have a ton of watches, maybe 10 or 11, ranging in price from $30-$150. But which one will I reach for every day? The Casio MQ24. Why? Because it is by far the easiest to read, and it is perfect for my casual style. I'm a stay-at-home mom and I live by my watch. The kids have to be driven here, there, and everywhere and I cannot be late. At 11 bucks I won't weep if I smack it and somehow break it (though it seems indestructible!). Since it's water resistant I can give my kids baths without taking it off and leaving it in the bathroom, only to be discovered days later. It's light and comfortable, and it keeps perfect time. The battery is guaranteed for 15 years! My uniform is jeans, Uggs, a long-sleeved tee, and my Casio watch.

Bought this watch for everyday use and the package arrived very quickly from here, thanks Amazon! The watch itself looks nice, i like this type over digital, i like the fact that one can chance different digital displays on the face, one can chance from digital display of the left hand circle from time, Day,to Month/date. The light seems to work fine. I love the battery function where the battery gets charged when one is out under the sun or any strong light source. This is my first ever Atomic watch so I can't really comment on how this watch is since i have nothing to compare to but so far it's been working great and i'm looking forward to not changing time in the future!
